Take a free Introduction to Breastfeeding class online

Nursing Mothers Counsel provides free prenatal breastfeeding classes online. We suggest taking a class a month or two before your due date. By attending a class, you will receive information about how to sign up for free lactation counseling services. All of our classes are currently offered online only, and use Zoom to attend.

Expectant parents and their partners are all welcome and encouraged to attend. Breastfeeding is most successful when the home environment is supportive and informed.
